Happy Midsummer Night! and a guessing game!

I found this enchanting 1909 video that I had to share. This one of my favorite Shakespeare plays so I was delighted to learn my daughters theater group is going to perform it. Last week she came home bursting with excitement over the part she was cast for!

To celebrate Midsummer night I'll send a surprise gift to the first person to correctly guess her role in Midsummer Night's Dream!

(be sure and leave a way for me to contact you with your guess if you don't blog)

Good luck to your daughter! How nice to hear that she's in theater. I hope you'll post photos/video of her performance as well. Have you seen Dennis Nolan's illustrated picture book version of the play?

I was going to say Peaseblossum but since that's taken, how about Hermia?

That is so cool that she gets to be in it- Midsummer Night's Dream is one of my favorite Shakespeare plays. :)

Hmm... I see a lot characters have already been guessed- does she get to play Hippolyta?
